Refund policy

At Manatee, we want you to love what you order. If you receive a wrong or damaged item, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory to process any return or exchange request.

  • Personal care products and sale items are non-returnable.


How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at care@manatee.in or  +91 8191917676 with your order details and unboxing video.

  2. Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions.

  3. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for defective or incorrect items. Once your return is approved, we will send the correct item or process an exchange as per your request.

After inspecting the returned item /damaged items we shall deliver you the replacement within 7-10 business days , depending upon the location delivery time varies.


Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or bank account (for COD orders) within 8–15 working days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at manatee.socials@gmail.com.


Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. To cancel, email or WhatsApp us immediately with your order number.
